How our tastings work
- [Walk-in or RSVP, and any charge]
- [How many wines are usually poured]
- [How the 15% discount applies — that night only? bottle or case?]
- [Whether you do beer tastings too, and when]

21+ only — ID required, every time.
Tastings and alcohol sales are for customers of legal drinking age only, and we check ID. Add your real policy here: which forms of ID you accept, that you'll refuse service without one, and that you won't serve anyone who is already intoxicated (that's a licence condition almost everywhere, and in many US states it also creates liability for the retailer). Never imply that under-age guests can attend "with a parent" unless your state law and your licence genuinely allow it — check with your licensing authority rather than assuming.
Alcohol advertising is regulated — keep this page inside the lines.
In the US, alcohol marketing is overseen by the TTB and by your state's ABC board, and the rules are stricter than for ordinary retail. Put your real licence number in the footer. Don't make health, therapeutic, nutritional or "curative" claims about any drink, don't suggest alcohol improves performance or solves problems, and be careful with promotions: many states restrict discounts, "all you can drink" pricing, and giving alcohol away free. A "15% off" tasting offer is common, but check that the discount structure you advertise is permitted where you are before you publish it.
